At Kivessa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, we offer a 30-day return and refund guarantee.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a quality defect.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team or your personal account manager to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (including photos if there is a quality issue).
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the return package.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as a credit to your Kivessa account, as per your preference. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
