We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.

All orders include a tracking number. You'll receive it via email once your order ships.

Return Policy
π 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- β’Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
- β’Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
- β’Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
- β’Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders".
- Select the order you want to return and click "Request Return".
- Follow the instructions to print the return label and pack your items.
- Ship the package using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refund Timeframe:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5-10 business days
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact our support team with your order number and tracking information.
